14-Day Return Policy for AM SAOR:

1. Eligibility:

   - Only products purchased directly from AM SAOR are eligible for returns.

   - The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags, accessories, and packaging included.

2. Timeframe:

   - You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

3. Return Process:

   - To initiate a return, please visit our website or contact our customer support team. Provide your order details and reason for the return.

   - Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN).

4. Shipping:

   - The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

   - We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

5. Refund/Exchange:

   - Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange within 3 business days.

   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

   - The shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.

6. Non-eligible Items:

   - The following items are not eligible for returns:

     - Personalized or customized products.

     - Products with missing parts or damage due to improper use.

7. Restocking Fee:

   - A restocking fee may apply for products that are returned opened or used, depending on the condition of the returned item.

8. Damaged or Defective Products:

   - If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

For damaged AM SAOR Boxes a fee of 190₺ will be charged from your

refund
